With this orchestra he started two series of family concerts, »Tiere, Tango und Trompeten« and »Familienkonzerte in Dahlem«. Guest engagements in both conducting and concert hosting as well as composition commissions have taken him to many European countries as well as to Mexico, Australia, Iceland and the United States. Andreas Peer Kähler has established a fruitful collaboration specially with the Beethovenhaus Bonn, the Hamburger Camerata and the Usedomer Musikfestival. In the field of music teaching he works as a presenter, teacher and lecturer for various institutions. According to what is needed in a concert he works as a pianist, conductor, actor or narrator.
